Born in Los Angeles to an American mother and German father, Julian Grey holds dual citizenship in the USA and Germany. He began acting at eight, starring in his 12-year-old brother’s student short films before landing his first professional role at ten on Wayward Pines (Fox).
At eighteen, Julian has built an impressive portfolio, starring alongside Keanu Reeves, Carrie-Anne Moss, Will Ferrell, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Scoot McNairy, and most recently, Colman Domingo. He has also worked with renowned directors including Lana Wachowski, Scott Frank, Zoe Lister-Jones, and Minkie Spiro. His credits include roles in studio films, popular TV dramas, and Netflix’s award-winning limited series Godless.
Outside of acting, Julian is a classical pianist, an avid snow skier, and a passionate advocate for animal welfare and marine conservation, supporting organizations such as Best Friends Animal Society and Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. He is currently furthering his studies in philosophy at college.
